Aliens real? What the heck is going on

1st) two days ago the UK opens up some ufo files to the media.
2nd) today the Vatican comes out and say's its cool with alien life.
3rd) NASA is gonna announce somethig big that they have been searching for, for 50 years.

What could it be.....I think there gonna say that they found an earth like planet near a star somewhere, by using earth based telescopes and the orbital x-ray telescope combined.

This finding was made by combining data from NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory with ground-based observations.
