Why are you going to pick Cleric?

I play every class under the sun, warrior mage rogue/assassin, it all depends on the game and what I like to play in that game. At this time I'm thinking I'll start with a Sorc and possibly a Glad then move to a Cleric, also due to the recent wing change I'm seriously thinking that I will be an Asmodian now =D didn't really like the bat wings. But back to topic I usually have a DPS and tank class like druids in *gulp* WOW and just recently i started to use healing classes and love them, i hear that my healer is one of the best even at a low lvl, so that is a good sign i might change to Cleric instead of sorc. just not sure yet >.<

I like being able to hold my friends alive when fighting stuff in either PVP or PVE. I always tend to get bored fast when playing a dps, so a supportive role in a group such as a tank or healer is more meant for me. Can't stay that I always enjoy healing, there are times when I get frustrated but the most important thing for me is that I have different skills to use when healing rather then spamming a button til there's no end.

I enjoy cleric for the ease of finding a party mostly. If theres one class it seems theres always a shortage of in mmo's it's skilled healers. Seems like with cleric it's easier to get to end game due to those party invite and such.

Same. But I always enjoy healing, because I need to thin k like nwo this one need sa fats heal and that a over time and this a flash and thta a greta and not a great.. and buff etc. Not the usual dps 1,2,1,2,1,3,1,2,1,2. In all games I played a healing class.

I hope there will be a lot of different healing abilities so I can find my own way of healing and not having to go through the 1/2 button-smashing ^_^. not only different ranks but rather different kinds of heals.

Ive always played healers. This game wont be any different. Plus they can be extremely fun in PvP.

There are a few reasons why I'm rolling a healer.

1) I like to heal. In every MMO I've ever played, be it EQ, WoW, or FFXI while I always have a DPS alt of some sort a healer has always been my main. I enjoy standing back and paying attention to the health of my party more than that of the mobs in front of us. A good healer can easily make or break a group, and I like to think that after years of game play as one I'm pretty decent at it.

2) Healers are almost always in high demand. The thing I always hated when I leveled up a DPS class what that they were generally a dime a dozen when it comes to making groups, but healers are different (or at least in my experience). Generally they are few and far between making it easy to find a party.

3) My friend is making a tank. So combining this reason with the one above our group is really pretty much made. Having a tank and healer always paired should make things much easier for both of us and hopefully speed things up a bit.

I have always played as a healer in all games. nwn. aoc. eq. l2. wow. ffxi. ad&d and other rpgs.
and i usualy have mage as secoundary character

everytime I've played a game with a class system I've always gone for magic first.

Healers and buffers in particaular, with usualy summon types and direct magic types as sub or secondary.

Maybe its a uncoinscienous god complex or something like that trying to claw it's way through, but having a little power to control who lives and dies (opps the doorbell went, sorry that Ruby Quad killed your crappy *** irl - i don't like you so i'll just take my hands of the keyboard and pick my nose). Maybe I need help

And i always mage a mag secondary...but idk if to make a SM or Sorc alt

I've been playing healers too long, and now I have the ever-annoying Healer's Instinct. Even when I play melee or DPS chars, I'm constantly watching the HP bars of my partymates, then spamming the hotkey my cleric had Heal set on and sobbing when the bar isn't shooting up. Sometimes my fingers twitch cause I want to heal so bad. >_< Better just to spare myself the pain and stick with healing.

Plus, I love it. It keeps me awake.

Healing Classes are fun especially in mass guild pve. You truely become the most important piece when your guild is down and your resing, healing your teammates efficiently. IMO thats what makes it bitter sweet.
