400 skill Balic Recipes

I've managed to get a fair few of the 420 and 440 recipes via (Balaur Hearts/Hot Balaur Hearts respectively,) but for the life of me I can't figure out where you get the 400 recipes. Anyone have a hint or two? TIA

Ive got some. They dropped in Mist mane mau village. That's equal to your Krall HQ, level 36+ elite zone. I think that has the highest drop rate of those recipies.

Hmm, we've had many folks go through HQ for countless levels now with no recipe sightings. Maybe it's the Kishar/Indratu area for Elyos?

Surely those recipes are tradable? I know the others aren't, which pretty much sucks. Turned in 8 hearts today and got three recipes I already had.

Man, i dropped all those recipies when I played Elyos on the chinese server. And i am 100% sure that was at the HQ.

It's not like they drop a lot, they are still blue drops

Fascion, he's wrong. I also got only 420 recipes from common hearts. He's saying about COOKING recipes, not BALIC recipes. You see, i saw a Shugo near the cooking area selling a couple of balic recipes of all professions BUT cooking. So i guess there is just a NPC that sells the 400 balic ones, unfortunally i have no idea where it could be. =/

Now, when you say you saw this Shugo near the cooking area, do you mean in Sanc?

You need to talk to Guuminerk on Tigraki Island if you're Elyos. Asmodians have a similar counterpart on the other side. Cooking recipes are listed under consumables.

These NPCs don't have the usual merchant mouse-over, it seems. Instead, they have the dialog mouse-over.

To Fascion: common recipes are drops at the lepharist citadel (40 elites) and at the indratu barracks (44 elites)
ballic recipes can be obtained in upper abyss from shugo NPCS

Same as the Elyos one, but on the other side.
