How do I learn more Morph Methods?

Ok I am 28 on C Aion, my Aether extraction is at 150. But I still only have the first 3 morphs. Anyone know how I can learn more? I have not found a vendor with morph recipes, but I see some are listed on aion armory Morph Method: Adamantium Ore for example.

Please help, I have looked all over.

thanks!

Your faction has to own a fortress in the Abyss. Then you go to the merchant in the fortress and you can buy more Morphing recipes there. Each fortress has different recipes.

Flux Morph Recipes were in list of all fortresses in Lower Reshata

Other than that I've only found 3 types of recipes there - Log morphs in one, Elemental Stones in another one and metal ore in third one. There are 3 recipes in each fortress, not covering 40+ components.

According to aionwh highest morph recipes are dropped by mobs...

Okay - dumb question - where do you learn the Starter Morph? Is it a NPC by the crafting area?

I have tried to collect a lot of mats as I travel around and see that a lot of the recipes call for the Morphed 'end item' (powder etc) but can't seem to find How or Where to learn this.

Thanks (sorry to hijack your thread!)

You have Morph proficiency as far as you hit 10 lvl. There is no progression apart from recipes and there are no NPC teaching morph.

As for items - they are just items. Some of them might be crafted by different crafting professions, some can't. Only few can be obtained through morph.
For example, Aether Powder is a basic material you gather from Small Aether Vortex. Aether is a basic material gathered from Aether nodes.
Elemental Stone is basic material that mobs of 30-40 lvl may drop. You can craft one through Morph from Aether Gem. Elemental Stone Powder is crafted by alchemist from Elemental Stone. Actually most powders are created by alchemists. You cannot directly craft it by Morph - there is no such recipe existing in the world.

Warpy VERY helpful info - THANKS!

Let me see if I understand this - after lvl 10 EVERY player can morph. You need a Recipe to do this. Almost ALL of the Gathered (collected) mats can be changed into the Aether Powder (or morphed). So the Aria plants gathered in Poeta (example) can be morphed as well as Iron Ore etc.

Now then - where do you get the recipe(s)? Do you need to be at a Crafting Table to morph? IS Morph just part of Alchemy?

Again - thank you so much for taking the time to explain this! It is amazing how much info there is on this game after being out for such a short time! But it can be hard to find certain things.

I think you got it a bit confused. Its not the items you named that gets morphed. Its the Aether Powder that gets morphed into those items. That is strictly for the gathering items. For the flux used in crafting those require a morph catalyst and all it does is downgrade the rarity of the flux in that tier. Very useful if you are doing weapons and accessories since the blue crits on those require a 2 step process.

Does anyone know which fortress do you buy Morph Method: Neunan from? Can you morph the green versions of gatherables too?

Race: Elyos

Roah sells the morph recipes for Handicrafting ores, and Asteria sells morph recipes for cooking (there are a lot more than 3 of these). Additionally, they both sell the morph method for turning Expert Premium Fluxes into Worthy Premium Fluxes.

Asteria fortress sells morph recipes for tailoring mats as well as for cooking - basic materials for recipes of up to 299 skill.
