I think those keys will work where you live, just make sure to download the appropriate client ( I would suggest the EU client for you due to timezone )
Also check these sites for other trial keys : Richard Garriott’s Tabula Rasa - New trials available now! By the way: don't believe all the negative bickering about this game . It is a great game - and getting better all the time I might add .... only mistake that was made ( where did I hear that before ? ) is its release date was way too soon. If that doesn't work I can do a buddy code as long as I have your email. I am not a spammer.

I'm playing it as we speak ( using NCsoft-timecards , just in case Aion is far better
) ,but I'm on Euro server . The deployments - updates - are coming thick and fast now. There's going to be a brand new "wargames " map ( PvP) on test server tonight or at least within days . And they're really trying to move TR forward now ( they were seeming to play catch-up most of the time, but now there at last seems to be a real vision and plan for what direction the game should take ) . Upcoming goodies : - PAU's ( player gets to control mechs and other vehicles ) - clan owned Control points. That will be fairly soon because the wargames-map is there to test the PvP-mechanics for CP-control . - new instance for the 30+ level bracket , lvl 50 instance planned for near future . - classes getting tweaked with every update to get rid of imbalance . Also : they're working on making stats more important . - crafting will be overhauled - graphics updates are ongoing , we already saw two optimizations with deployment 7 and 8 and there will be more for 9 and 10 . - more features for clans ( clan storage capability will be on test server with dep. 9 ) etc... There seem to be an influx of new players again now as well. Some folks who were using trial accounts decide to stick around ... Still needs some work though- no denying that - but at least we don't have the feeling of beta testing it anymore ![]() I just hope they have a clear division between the PvE and PvP ( by means of seperate maps for PvP ) because the PvP was absent before - except duels - and you can't just balance classes then without adversely affecting PvE -viability of those classes. By keeping the PvP zones seperate they can change abilities/skills/stats for PvP only .... |

I paly it as well, and Livvy is correct; it's a good game with decent updates, but its still a work in progress. I probably stop playing for awhile and check back in a couple of months. Until then I guess its more WoW lol, or better yet, get outside and enjoy the sunshine!!

me and my brother played it , where one of the first lvl 50 chars on the euro server, after that there was nothing, sevear lag and nothing to do made us stop and go back to wow and lineage2.. to bad the game got me hyped at the beginning..
i might check back some day.

it was verry easy, at the start quests where fun too, solo and group both adapting to you, easy to do solo and nice with a group, but sometimes u run into a no quest spot and u cant do any thing but grind, for me as a spy that was fun cause when u hit mobs u get into a bonus, that bonus ended at 250% + a mob and i was on that for hours on hours so thoose spikes u hit where easy to overcome for me as spy, sometimes i didnt quest at all but grind cause it was fun, just defending bases and taking em back good exp and nice items to resell later..

My Biotechnician is level 26 and I haven't had to do any grinding at all yet so I think it's safe to say you can level doing quests and instances until at least level 30 but probably well beyond that .You have XP-multipliers as well so when you are on a killing streak the XP gets multiplied , making leveling a lot faster . When you're at a CP ( control point ) defending or attacking it , that can go fast as the mobs attacking those come in large waves . The only problem RGTR has - at this time - is lack of endgame content . After you reach level 50 there's not much for you to do . They're now solving this by implementing PvP maps and later on a level 50 instance as well ( or instances ) . As far as I know the PvP will go live after it has been tested on the test server ( either when deployment 9 goes to live server or afterwards with deployment 10 ) . I just hope they are going to make a division between PvE and PvP components for class balancing . Because this PvP map is added so long after its release TR is de facto a PvE game to which PvP is now added so they need to treat it accordingly . But at the very least this PvP stuff will keep level 50's busy until the next batch of maps is designed and goes live ... needless to say those folks are happy they are implementing these features. |
