I really didn't enjoy KoToR II, the first one was AWESOME - but the second was just.. didn't draw me in...

Oh yeah, Castlevania - Symphony Of The Night.. another favourite of mine ^_^

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is the best game I've ever played imo.
then it would be:
FFXI
FFVIII
Drakengard
Drakengard 2
Shadow of the Colossus

Oh and Draken: The Ancient's Gates and Panzer Dragoon may be old but they were really fun too.
