A decent free mmo to play?

Well im trying to find a decent free mmo if it is possible LOL! I mean I am kinda sick of aoc and im sure many of u know the situation behind that game, and while I wait for aion. Well I might go back to it for the hell of it but right now...im kinda bored lol. So please put wat u think and here are some automatic NO's they are rappelz, maplestory, mabinogi, and flyff.

Guild Wars? Whenever I'm not actively addicted to an MMO and get the itch I always go back to GW for like a month or two. I know some people play that game religiously but I play for a month or two, then stop for a month or two, then start again. It' definitely entertaining though.

If you're looking for a more traditional MMO experience maybe look for a private L2 server to join, there's some damn nice ones out there.

As for the MMOs that are %100 free to download and free to play.... I've never played one I've liked =\

Sword of the New World is completely free and I've heard good things about it. You might check out a few of the in game videos to see if you'll like it.

I personally play Guild Wars (though I'm bored with it right now...) I need a game to occupy my time till Aion is released. Suggestions? I have a PS2 and an XBOX 360.

Try Granado Espada instead of Sword of the New World. Granado Espada is the singapure version but had less bots, nicer person, and faster updated versions. Just sleep on the 8 hour maintenance.

I honestly haven't found a single good free game to play right now. Though, if you quit EQ2, they renewed e veryone who left the game's subscription for the summer. Like 6 months or something.. Could play around on that for a while for free.. Anarchy online you could do for free as well... though you'd have to get past the horrible graphics. Silk Road Online if you can stand the people who can't speak english. Other than that, a lot of the games that are purely free aren't in the sense that they have malls/shops where people buy way overpowered stuff to help them in the game. Kinda creates an unbalanced game.

Just buy yourself a sword, and go outside and clonk things on the head with it till they go *poof* and leave some loot behind, thus making you stronger.

There is no free mmo out there that is worth playing. I gave up on those crap free mmos full of gold farmers, bots and corrupt staff. Not saying that p2p mmos dont have that kinda stuff. But the current free mmos are worse... total garbage. Free mmos = waste of time.

I got bored of Rohan so I'm currently downloading Zu Online... I used to play Tales Of Pirates, which is run by the same company.. And all in all IGG weren't THAT bad, infact ToP was pretty much 2x exp events every couple of weeks, and boss events and stuff. Though there is alot of item mall usage... I dunno what Zu is like till I play it after work today.

Florensia Online looks okay, going to OB in a week or something. Although I'm positive that it'll be F2P afterwards and grind'ish, I've seen some more or less interesting features on it. May be worth a try, but I'll most likely think otherwise once I've tried it myself, like I did with any of the 100+ F2P Games I've tried.

I'm currently playing Cabal, I enjoyed it till lvl 125, mostly because there's no need to join a guild , me and my BF can duo everything.
I got bored of it now though, at high lvl there's nothing to do but grind and the game has as much content as Tetris But it's still fun to play for a month, maybe 2.
