FFXIII coming to the 360

Meh whatever, I'm relying on what Square has done in the past, they go with whomever has a larger audience.... Nintendo, to Playstation to Xbox.. Like I said not a huge shock. They will of course still make games for Sony but I wouldn't doubt it if their 'prime' FF series moved to Xbox, or maybe they'll just make them cross platform and gain on every angle!

Xem above makes some good points. Ps3 was in trouble from conception..

No one is buying a PS3 just to play GT5, no one is buying PS3 just to play Killzone (lol) 2, alot of ppl were planning on buying a PS3 to get access to Squares products and it looks like that won't be necessary anymore. The 360 is the king of consoles FPSs right now and with a slow but growing RPG catalog theres becoming fewer and fewer reasons to buy a PS3. All we need is that MGS4 port and it'll be like throwing salt in wounds.

Don't worry i completely understand all the irrational, elitist, BS arguments and claims going on in this thread though. I'd be mad too if i bought a Blue-Ray player that can be used to play games that are already on a cheaper system with better online support.

I agree with you Nordic that both systems had Craptacular releases. Nintendo blew them both out of the water with Wii IMO. Now, who here is excited for Megaman 9!!!!!

Talk about irrational arguments, irrational is calling Halo a good game.... either way PS3 and 360 are just paper wights compared to the Wii

Love the fanboy battles. Both systems are selling and making money, so don't call either of them pos simply because you don't like them or can't afford them. Their products are better than anything most people on this forum could come up with, so don't hate. I just don't understand console battles. PC is here, and Aion will be arriving in the near future, so no need to fight.

I completely agree, Halo was mediocre at best, but it still blew Killzone out of the water in sales, reviews, and popularity. Whats that say about Killzone(lol) huh?

Never heard of the game so I can't say I can only talk about Halo and calling it Mediocre is even a tad too much for my taste

The reason why Halo was a smash hit was because it was the only game that was really worthwhile to LAN with consoles. Not everyone can afford a brand spankin new gaming rig to go to LAN parties with, and seeing how the original XBOX was only $300 (significantly cheaper then a gaming rig) and also you didn't have to own one yourself you could just plug into player 2, 3 or 4 on a friends box, it was amazing at the time. If it would have come out for PC it would have been quickly forgotten and discarded, but putting it on a console was the best idea they possibly could have done. Whether you liked it or not, it was the best damn console LAN game for years.

That being said, I played Halo 1 hardcore for a long time, but I never really touched Halo 2 or 3 after beating the main campaign, it just doesn't do it for me anymore.

Well i can say after reading everyone's posts that both sides have valid arguments, and I'm disturbed by Xemnas avatar too . Either way FFXIII is a game I'm looking forward to, and pray to god the hype for it isn't a huge letdown....

I never buy consoles at launch. I normally wait until they meet my requirement of 5+ games I want, which is normally 1.5-2 years later. I just now bought a 360, because it's broke 6 games that looked good. PS3 still doesn't meet my requirements for a game system, but it's a cheap decent quality blu-ray player, so I'll get one eventually. There's still jack all for the Wii that I care about.

It doesn't matter how you look at it, Halo 3 is a great game. Seriously, it's overhyped, and that's why so many people hate it, but it's definitely a good game.

Looks like there wasn't a FFVII remake announcement at E3. But who cares, let's hope for it anyway

I heard from a little birdie that when he spoke to the Microsoft department in Japan that even they said that they think the 360 will die out in Japan in the next 12 months. Its kinda sad, cause some good jrpgs have come out on 360 (even if the bloody thing keeps crashing D: )
Lol I also heard, (totally off topic) that EA japan hates EA LOL!

Anyway hurry up and bring out ffxiii! If it will take a year to wait I might as well get the Japanese version =/
