Ah well... actually art books are usually a bit more expensive at conventions to cover transportation and shelving costs. But since a convention is kinda informal and generally cash only, you can barter and end up with a better price :P

Especially if you buy two at once. It's pretty rare that a person buys two artbooks at once ( because that's like $50 min ). Iirc, I once got two for $50 from $65+ and considering how rarely artbooks go on sale ( compared to other products ), that actually beat most online retailers too. And I am by no means good at bartering.

In any case, I'm on remote desktop as usual and I'm using my widescreen notebook on a windowed browser on a 3:4 PC so I'm using like 80% magnification so the words are a bit hard to make out sometimes and I saw some guy asking for erotic artbooks and I was like... wtf, that's pretty open... I can't believe the admins didn't censor this guy yet. And then I realized it was my own post ;_; ( but exotic, not erotic ).

Sooo... did any of you guys ask the 'staff' behind the registration desk where to go for over 18 bracelets on saturday night? Because I was one of the 'staff'!!!!!!! We just wanted to relax and everyone started asking us for directions... so we played along and helped out!! We even helped out and actual staff member who didn't seem to realize that we weren't staff XD

He was one of my favorite cosplayers there actually, for the pure and simple reason that he acted in character the ENTIRE time he was there. XD He even did the strut and everything. =P
