I've decided to go for Dragon Age Origins.

I have halo 3 to tide me over when it comes to killing people online untill i get MW2.

I love how people make Hosts out to be some sort of uber gods who can't be killed.

They are no harder to kill than someone with skill, so only people who think they have skill QQ about host advantage.

Yeah, not a big deal, haha. There was an even better video demonstrating how off the aim is with non-host latency but I can't find it anymore. You know, back in the day when not everyone had broadband and people were playing Q2, HL and CS with very mixed connection types, the guys with <100 ping would easily dominate the >200 pingers. That's what I see going on in GOW2.

Of all the games to choose you choose the bastard child that is GoW, i think its amusing that they fixed host advantage in the first one and left it in for the second.

you still get people with better ping dominating in games, hell CoD4 (on the pc) was pretty bad for it.

At least you can make sure your ping is good..

I for example, NEVER join a server where my ping is higher than 100.
30-69 ideally(Or lower), 70-99 is still acceptable, 100+ is not acceptable.

I personally prefer servers hosted by my internet provider which means my ping will be somewhere between 10-15 or less, because my provider hosts the server less than 2 kilometers away from my home.
It's like a perfect connection.

I agree on that raptor for TF2 the servers i have on my favorites are from a single clan and each server I can have a ping between 5-15. Also fun to be first in on a new map due to server rules of FF on only melee 100% crit during the waiting for more people time.

My main thing for MW2 is PC controls are far easier for me and can just seem to do more.

I'm actually waiting for reviews and all for dragon age. So if someone got it PC or console and how is it?

One of my guild mates got it off steam yesterday and he said from what hes seen so far its good.
