what class should i be..

I really am confused, i'm in a fight between beeing a cleric or an assassin
a cleric has many ways to go , being able to buff , or fight along, but i'm afraid that they just aren't so powerfull

and the assassin , has great comboskils , and good attacks , bu i just don't know ..

shall i me a fierce assassin , or an enchanting clericµ

can someone tell me , give me the good or downsides or so..

Insightful and well planned healing can be powerful indeed.

depends what you'll be doing (solo, group) and partially what your party or legion wants, a balanced legion is an organized legion, different skill sets means different ways of attack, there was a video in the graveyard about a cleric being attacked by a gladiator and the cleric actually wins the pvp, check that out def.

I think you answered your own question here. It seems you want a powerful DD class and the cleric isn't that. I say you go assassin since you didn't list any cons. Might wanna research the chanter as well since is does have some buffing and DD abilities.

well thx , i guess it's oing o be a chanter , ^^^
he has the ability to buf and fight , and can stand solo and in party


but can someone tell me the difference between chanter and cleric , what's the big difference??

the name and clerics are church people, jk, you may want to check out the wiki and its being updated now so it should be up to date

Cleric is mainly heals (probably some buffs) while chanter has some heals w/ buffs. Also chanters are melee while cleric stays back and heals

In my personal opinion I suggest you go cleric, due to the fact that a lot of people will be rolling an assassin where as not many clerics will be walking around, you will be loved by the community and needed by every party/guild

That's excacly what I love about ppl who play as healers! they care so much for the rest of the group! the only type of classes devoted to all the other players were paladin like classes and healer classes.

Great choice there! I played FFXI for 4 years and been white mage all the way. people get to depend on you and at some point it feel's like arrasmeent. My main will be sorcerer for sure but I might try the cleric too. They don't look as weak as the traditional mages, could be interesting.
