Different Wings

When i look at the reply's of the 4 new images i see that everyone is very happy

. I noticed something else tough.

Look at the wings of an elementalist

And now take a look at the wings of an assassin

So does this mean every class will have different type of wings? Or will you be able to customize your wings like this?

What i think would be a great idea for high lvl players is:

Insert modification for wings. Like you can put patterns on it. For Example:
Warrior: Some part of the wings are being covered with nice shining armor
Scouts: On the wings of a ranger can grow gras/mosses, so you have some kind of wilderness wings (cant really explain the image i have in my head), they can loose leaves as they fly
Mages: Magical Symbols, Stars behind their wings as they fly, so basicly: Magical Wings

Clerics: they can have like holy things on their wings, so making it Holy Wings

Do you guys have any other ideas?

Both of the wings look the same to me?(Just a bit darker but that must be photoshop, in video's rogues and mages have same wings)
But I'd like to be able to modify my wings, like put a super strong pink to blind my foes

.

I think the two wings look the same, just that the assassin's are folded up a bit more.

If you want, you can look at a couple of the old threads (here and here) and see what ideas people came up with previously

.

Personally, I would like some wing customization, but I think they would start looking horrible if you put too much bling on them.

The main difference I can see is either the assassins wings are folded more so than the elementalist or the assassins is a bit shorter for wing-span. Also the assassins is darker but that could be due to lighting.

I think a choice in character creation would be good enough. Or perhaps a bloodline decision similar to LOTRO's where you choose where your character came from and it effects things like skin colour and stats. Either of the bloodlines could have a unique design to their wings.

Just some suggestions.

But what if you could make like Gangster Characters that have bling, like MR T!

wings are the same, Assassin's are bit darker, and elementalist's are way open so thats y they look different. imo

They already said we will have diffrent color wings but I dont know how many and if there cust yet.

I like Koji's idea of the wings being different based on race/class . And I also would agree that the wings would probably look bad if players were allowed to add to much bling.

I think that the one thing I would like to see is a flight speed upgrade in the higher levels.

I think at the beginning of your character you shouldn't have wings yet - you gotta do a quest and unlock your wings - which would let you choose a color once you complete it.

That way earning your wings feels special than just having them.

That IS how it is gonna work ,i have seen numerous videos where a player completes a quest (seems like a angel city under siege by Thrall) after he beats the invaders down he/she talk to an NPC and spreads his wings

Futhermore i think the wings are *bling* enough.

From how the NcSoft person said that you wont have your wings at the start of the game, but it wont take to long tell you get them. The other thing he said that you more likly get them from a quest....but he didnt go in to detaile bc he likes to pull us along on a small thread to keep our intreast lol
