spell/ items to remove wings

do you think there should we certain spells or items that can remove the wings of others for a limited amount of time (like 10 seconds, enough to make a big smack into the ground

)

I generally like the idea, but it has to remain balanced. 10 seconds in game could be a long, long time, so we don't really know. Who knows, similar skills may exist already :P

Well I'm not sure, I mean what happens to Aerial combat? If you loose your wings BANG fall damage=death.

I voted yes because we could get a cripple skill that would, entangle the wings to make you move slower in the air.

It would be funny to watch but it would be broken for the reason Yakuzan stated.

It's hard to really say at this point, but I think it could be a good thing if it's just for a couple seconds, enough to mess someone up a bit.

That would be a great idea! slowing down instead of falling to death

every game has cripple skills so most likely there will be cripple debuffs I am guessing ice elementalist will be able to snare the best

The idea sounds good, however I am also worried about what happens if you are flying. Do you fall and die or are you immbolized in that space? If it is just like a stun will hitting you once break it or can someone throw some punches?

There is defiantly some possiblites here.

I like the idea. I've thought of a skill like this. Only for the assassins though.
Approach from behind and cut a wing off. The victim would tumble and be disoriented during the fall and therefore uncontrollable until he/she hits the floor.
There's also a certain percent chance of cutting off both wings and he/she will fall but still be able to attack. The damage he/she will receive will depend on the height and what he/she lands on. The percentage will increase when the skill levels. The victim will regenerate his/her wing(s) after a certain amount of time. Sounds too complicated.

Off topic: Would be nice if there will be animated blood.
