The naming system in Aion is not based around last-names. You have only one name per character.

Im just wondering if this game will be more like Guild Wars - where you only could basically choose one armor set, and one set of weapons - and pretty much only one path for leveling, or will it be more diverse with multiple choices for armor amongst other things?

I really hate to think of a last name. Not because I'm too lazy, it's because last names looks awful. You can express waaaaaaay more in one powerful name.

Well i what i read I think they will be lot of choice...

item uniqueness : Let's take your situation as an example; at high levels, everyone will be wearing the equipment that provides the most stat benefits. In Aion, there is a system where you can transfer the stat bonuses from one piece of equipment to another. Let's say you have the an awesome sword by the name of Zariche which looks absolutely awesome, but an even better sword looks pretty dull (in your opinion anyway). Through Aion's system you can upgrade to the better sword while keeping the awesome looks of Zariche.

You can costumize armors with dye

Armors look different whether it's weared by Elyos or Asmodians

When some sets are full/complete, they will glow around the character.

About last one, im not sure but there are set but im sure they will be armor with no set too. A little like FFXI or WoW probably.

The things that you can change the color of your armor and the way item uniqueness works, im sure everyone can be different somehow

Its like ascending.. but..

We were already daevas once, but after a huge fight with the Balaurs our memories were eraised, so we need to discover our hidden powers again.

On lvl10 theres a series of quests which will help you recover part of your old self, then after helping to defend our land from a Balaur invasion, the Daeva Council will officially accept you back.

Just search for Q3 07 vids, there are plenty of them showing you the way how to become a Daeva.

Yeah - thanks so much! I don't really have interest for games anymore where they make it out like you have all the freedom in the world when it comes to leveling - but in the end they know what they want - and thats how you gotta play :S

I was just thinking about a similar topic: what's the current system for space/weight limitation for what you carry around with you? Are beta testers finding they have enough room to run around for awhile or are they always dumping stuff / returning to town to vendor?

Hey: searched through the forums, had a few questions that were answered, however I still have a few questions that remain:

first: With the unique armor skin customization system, if you ever decide you want to go back to the original skin are you able to go back to the smith person and have a reset button? Or are you forced to farm another one?

second: Does free flight play a crucial rule in raid bosses besides a basic hes casting a massive AOE, fly away then come back?

For example: your fighting some huge balaur (cant remember the spelling) raid boss, a huge dragon. after a few minutes of DPS'ing, he goes into his second phase of enraging (lasts for 10% of his health or something) Recognizing this phase having the potential to kill the MT and wipe the group, so the characters in melee at the dragons feet pop out there wings, and fly up to the back of the dragons head, dealing more damage, or having an increased critical rate.

Thanks in advance, and thanks for making assassins not stealth while flying (it's possible to escape camping now!...kinda). And for the asmo's mane's fscking awesome! I've been waiting for a character where I can run around all like "RAWR Imma Lion!" (Kinda sounded sarcastic, but I actually like it).

and sorry about that whole english language thing... I kinda butchered it. : D

I think you cant.

Absolutely + there will be only-flight raids in the Abyss!

Assassins CAN use stealth while flying.
