For some skills you need to stand still, for some skills you can move freeley. As far as I can see the Ranger is just trying to snare the enemy. And if that's a skill where you have to stand/fly still, then it seems, that he can only attack while standing still.
So don't worry about that

does any1 know if any physical attributes will change ur char's stats? Ex. like making a super buff person will make them stronger? or making someone tall and huge would cause more aggro or mayb fear?

also does any1 know if the buildings are destructable?

I don't believe character appearance really affects anything, it's just for fun. Not very realistic, but it's an awesome feature nonetheless.

Why would buildings be destructible? This isn't an FPS. We might be able to make holes in castle walls. :S

thats what i was talking about, the castle sieges. It could be cool to tear down the castle around them with siege weapons, but the downside would be that ur guild would have to pay for repairs, if u captured it.

I heard Aion will have the hero system like from l2, just wondering if there is more info on this about the benefits from being a hero, etc

Not much yet, just that they will most likely be able to take parties by themselves and be an abyss points pinnata. Their location will be announced as soon as they step into the abyss.

Hmm another question....

Will they be scripts or Macros available??

such as making a button that will switch a piece of gear then do a attack and switch the piece of gear back out again??

thanks i'm not sure if i like that or not My thf has 2 sets of cloths for partying and some other items for special attacks

on one hand its good but i blink so much as i change sometimes the whm gets mad at me because s/he has a hard time targeting me

Uhhh can someone help me find this thread... I remember seeing it but can't find it anymore o.O

It had something to do with Aion UI, and like a pic showing the options and all that awsomeness. Most likely had something to do with being able to use WASD, click to move, or arrows. Or disable, or enable them in the options. Which was like in the pic o.O, I think... I remember seeing this thread like a few months ago, particularly around CBT2 or around that time, I forgot... I just can't find that thread hehe, and would like some help, if you could, thanks. If you give me multiple links because you are unsure, go ahead and post all of them and I'll check them out XD. Thanks for your help.

What would be the highest level in aion? 75?

Here's our Ultimate Aion FAQ, you can find most infos here.

Only 6 professions were introduced so far, and various sources states various things about how many jobs you can have. Though theres a simplified crafting system in the game, its still under developement, it will change till release.

The max level is 50.
