Because you're a Human (less than 10 posts). Only Daevas (more than 10 posts) can create divine threads.

You cant have a different ending of the main story, but there are a few quests which have different endings. The rewards are the same in either way, but the actual way solving them can be different. Choosing one way wont change a thing in future encounters, reactions of other npcs, your rep among people.

coz if youre leveling an alt, it wont be that boring for the second time and choosing the way you do (like "im a good char, wont kill it" or "im an evil char, ill kill it") helps you bond with your character and it feels you actually influenced your environment.
Heres a description of chainquests by Jameinkaiser, here you can see an example.

Heres one for your brain: The Asmodians are located on the top half of the world; when they look up, they are looking "down" on the other half. The Elyos are located on the bottom half of the world; when they look up, they see the top half. So how does gravity/orientation work in the abyss? If one were able to fly (KOS npcs and flight limitations aside) from the top to the bottom, crossing the halfway point (the abyss) would necessitate a flip of the y axis, and there would also be no gravity whatsoever.
As it is, the portals can get chars around the tricky details, but if the devs plan on implementing this "tier system" of abyss locations, would these locations have to be mirrored in orientation? The abyss should be like super mario galaxy. Problem solved. |

It's so complicated cause 90% of the newcomer's posts are about questions (which can be replied here instead) or about fool things, just have a little patience, check out the forums, look at the replies, use the search function and wait for the moment you are able to start threads.

Its complicated because most likely what you are going to ask/say has been asked/said four times already, and if you don't use the search function to learn everything that's on the site before you post everyone will ignore you. So its for your benefit really.

Thanks, I can see there's a great amount of respect for newcomers around here.
If you must assume that I'm some kid anxious to clutter your wonderful forums with noob questions, w/e. If I had a question I'd post it here like my other ones, just looking to bring up some harmless suggestions/ideas. |
