Don't you need drivers for the game to be released first? I'd be interested in trying Bioshock with one, at least (Gamespot's interview with the company had stated that there are drivers for it.)

Anyway, it sounds neat but I'm not sure how it'd work since you must be able to still control the camera manually...

Cool, but a bit pricey yes..I would want one but I'd feel wayyyyy too cool with it on..

I mean awkward lol..I'm alright with looking 2ft into a bigger screen I guess. Just imagine passing out playing late one night, and the next morning waking up and you appear to actually be in the game you were playing a few hours earlier lol. You wouldn't catch on for a minute..Scary!

I used have something similar to this along time ago, it was nice. The only complaints I had about it that it would a) overheat b) give you a terrible migraine and c) was far too heavy. However with this one out, I may go ahead and give it another try. Oh and it's not like just looking at a bigger screen, it's like having your entire field of view change into the screen. Probaly not good for the eyes still though...

Nice concept, alot cheaper then I expected. No DVI connection I'm used to 2560x1600 res. big video cards pushing it. The resolution wasnt as high as i would have liked to see either. If they crank the resolution and offer a digital connection I wouold buy one. I just dont see how it would or could compare to my monitor now. I'm even upgrading to dual 9800's and ddr3 so I can crank this game to max at my native resolution. I'm really demanding when it comes to my hardware and so is my wife so I will upgrade both our computers for this game.

Testing says it has no effect on your eye sight. also if you go to th forum people say that they can wear them for 12 hours and they feel fine... Also the over heat problem was fixed by making it a lithiam battery.....I agree on the resoluion and i am up set about it but I am willing to make that sacrifice also I don't knw why cause the resolution is caperble of is the same as any Plasma TV you can buy.

Also the software is only for 3D and head movment. with out the soft ware its just a head peice witch projects a 62" screen in front of you. and your controls are normal. though it may be a problem for people who dont know the keyboard to well

Head movement acts as your mouse with out it activated you mouse just does its usaul job
but anyway I am buying one and wll test it out I'll let people know about it once i use it.

Isn't that the truth. I get sick enough with some games using a normal display. I can't imagine what would happen with one other these things.
