Assassin Abilties

I was just wondering if any1 knew if assassins are using energy or mana or something for abilities... i have seen a few videos where i see assassins with blue bars (normally thats mana) it would be sorta lame if they used mana for energy.... get back 2 me please

I cant remember where i heard it but Im 90% sure every class uses mana.

From what I've been reading from beta testers who played Assassin, they are pretty much the sword type warrior wearing leather armor. Don't make any decisions from this though, anything and everything is subject to the NCsoft Nerf Hammer.

I, personally, would prefer if they used mana. I always hated the rage / energy system.

I wonder how much and how badly it'll be done to Aion's classes. You think they do it to make some harcore pvpers reroll?
I've rerolled my share of times on Lineage 2 and just gave up. I'll probably try most of the classes on Aion though, beta and live just to see how they each feel. Helps knowing them for pvping too. ( that'll depend on toon limits )

lol. Well. i think people are refering to energy as in WoW (100 energy) and a attack costs like 45-60 energy and ur regen is like 20 energy every 2 seconds.

hmm i think warriors and assassins shouldn't use [Mana] since they aren't really using magic but either way, it's not that important. I liked the rage system used in Guild Wars though and since you use Combo's in Aion i think it would work really well

but like i said, rage/mana/etc i don't really care as long as the class works well.

Well said ... I hate it when people just come and make silly statements or ask stupid questions. Stop comparing Aion with WoW and other MMORPGs.
Lame for melee classes to use mana... ffs...

Personally It doesn't make sense to me to use mana to jam a knife into someones face. I can do that IRL without magic, just a little of my ENERGY =0000~~~

The main reason I don't want mana, is because I hate it, I hate waiting for regen or drinking or w/e. I like to go good2go all the time. I always wanted a non-pet archer class in wow that used energy and leather.

I wouldn't mind most systems for this class. I've seen the WoW system, its ok. I've even played with EQ1' rogue system long ago. It wasn't too bad either. I think that whatever they come up with will be good.
