Cleric atm, but i do like the summons i just wanna know more about a spiritmaster before i decide to do that a couple vids make em look boring. Summoner classes can be really fun if its not just sit back and let your summon do all the work. But i like healing so cleric will be just fine incase spiritmaster isn't to my liking.

You bring up a good point. Some sites, such as AionGlobal, might have completely different votes and statistics. Now that I'm considering it, it really significantly decreases the accuracy of this thread's poll.

Remember, in game, no one (particularly those who only decide to join Open Beta without joining Ainon forums) will consider the statistics we have here. This is plainly for speculation and perhaps what class you think you should be.

As stated previously, in no way is this poll accurate. Some of the votes here are based plainly to satisfy the minority and less of what the player truly wants.

In short: The game's class statistics will be different.

I chose chanter...but I'm not completely sure I won't end up a cleric. I'll probably level one of each til I decide which I like more.

Then I'll level a tank... (guess that would be gladiator) I apologize for offending anyone by my lack of knowledge about a class I haven't been paying much attention to. I know now that it is a templar that is the tank, but as I won't be playing a tank for at least 6 months after release my ignorance will hopefully be forgiven.

In no way am I directing this to offend anyone, but this is yet another factor of why this poll can be very inaccurate. Aside from the limitations of a single site's votes (as compared to all Aion players' votes), the inaccuracy is worsened by the fact many people have not yet come to truly know which classes are which.

In other words, another reason of inaccuracy is the new voters' lack of initial knowledge of Aion.

The reason I didn't know... is because I've mainly been paying attention to the cleric and chanter classes because that's what I know I'll be playing. So really I didn't mess up your poll at all because I voted for what I KNOW I'll be playing aka chanter

There's really no telling how representative the posters here are compared to the general player. It does give a general idea though. If this does check out though, spiritmasters look like they'll be in high demand. We'll just have to wait and see.

It's looking pretty balanced for the healer / chanter class. Pretty impressed that a lot would go such way =}. I chose cleric, but it would be the first time that I've played "full time" on the class.
