I recall what you are talking about and I think it was discussed. I will link the video if I can find it. I think the consensus on that flying ever loving Steve Irwin killer was that it was scenery. Nice if it was some HNM but I don't find it likely.

and another thing, how come these land mobs don't agro you on the spot when they see you? they wont atk us until we atk them?

Some mobs are aggro, some aren't. Depends on if they're mean or lazy or whatever. Not all monsters were created equally. Some are dumb and slow and stupid, others are angry and aggressive.
