Gladiator and dua wielding ?

Hi all




I wanted to ask (after reading the wiki about gladi skills) will there be specific skill for dual wielding ? Since i've played L2 i like very much the playstyle of that gladiator (awsome duals.....).

And will it be more expensive to have a dual wielding gladiator rather than equiping him with a two handed weapon or whatever ?

From the short Gladiator video, we can assume that Yes, they can duel wield.

Pay attention at the end of the video.

My sword is bigger than yours.

i have seen this vid before and i saw that he dual wields but what i want to know is if he will be like the glad in l2 (not that if he is not that he wouldn't be good).




One off topic question:they said that the skills will be given automaticaly,does it mean that the gladi will learn all kind of skill for every weapon or will we be able to choose skill like in l2 ?

Chars will learn skills through quests and through buying them from npc-s. No specializations with skill-tree.

Zanion I'm not sure how the skills will work, I believe your Glad will learn skills based on the Stigmas he uses. I'd suspect the purchasing of skills since classes can use multiple weapons. But a Dual Glad will be a sweet build~ Fast heavy damage FTW

As far as expenses goes, it'll just depend more on the weapons and their stats and on supply and demand. Who knows this early

Completely I agree with him. There is no reason to create a new thread in which you spam the same questions, if answer is already made, for that... (which makes it meaningless) that ****es me off.
If you are a real Aion fan, then I think you must find interesting to search info rather than ask for it.

I understand your confusion since I also got a bit messed up when I saw a skill list with no dual-wield mastering but at the same time there was a vid where a glad was using them. I guess they can, but i'll probably be using a 2 handed pole since they look so awesome and devastating.

However, and if you really want to be a good Gladiator, you'll need more than 1 set of weapons.

a dual wield glad in aion will be nothing like the glad in l2...the glad (and tyrant) in L2 is a unique char for that game, no other game has anything like it...the only simliarity will probably be that it uses 2 swords and has some melee skills for it

A strikingly similar thread has already been created a couple months ago. Zanion, you had an ample amount of time to search for answers to this question. With a simple keyword such as "dual-wielding," the search function was able to yield accurate results.
