![]() a lvl 1 character naked. while i agree with you for the most part, that style of dress is part of the dark elven lore in L2...even the males reveal a lot of skin, which i dont prefer at all :S. Look at an elf in L2, for the most part, they are the opposite. what about an idea where for each armor type/set you can choose different lengths...maybe 3 different styles, from full coverage, to medium, to skimpy and let people decide how they want to look just like in RL Last edited by Calindor; 05-02-2008 at 10:56 PM.. |

*remembers not everybody has been following every single page* So OK, I will say it for the 1001st time: no, it's not hard. Which is why I said it's not game-breaking for Aion. However, as I pointed out in a long post right on the previous page, such a system can still have limitations. Since we don't know of its limitations just yet, we can not fully rely on this feature. Oh, am I doomed to keep up with this forever? lol |

they basicly said at level 30 u can do it and only unique armours from high end raids will have a non changeable skin
and from the game size I'm gonna guess there will be alot of skins to choose from

I think I'm just going to say this before reading the rest of the thread cause I'm tired of it (stopped at page 11 from page 9). If you don't like it, don't play it. Because there will be people who like it.
And this is a really silly argument. The game wasn't made too bend to a small group of the population out there. The same reason why it isn't illegal to wear a bikini top and super short jeans when you walk around the street. 1 more thing I'd add. I agree with plate armor and maybe chainmail it should look impressive, bulky. (Btw, I think Saber looked way cuter with normal clothing than her armor, it's way too simple and it makes her look so much fatter, also just a note, if REALISM is concerned here, a tiny person her height wearing an armor like that won't be able to even move.) But if you're asking for leather and robes to be coverall up, thats just stupid. We're not in the 1910s anymore, move on. It's like saying, eew I don't like ****ty chicks so they shouldn't exist in the world. Guess what, they do, you can't kill them just cause you don't like it. So just don't speak with them/date them/hang out with them. Who cares.

It is just another style of defense. Since women are usually not as physically strong as men, they use the Sex Appeal stat as a passive armor bonus. Other characters become hesitant to attack. The only reason men characters aren't allowed to do it is because stacking defense like that would be OP. Perfectly logic right? >_>

You are right about one thing though, if I dislike something in a game that much, I won't play it. But Aion isn't out yet, and this is a forum where people talk about Aion and share their opinions, and I'm gonna go ahead and post mine all I want. It probably won't make a difference, but it has a greater potential of making a difference than not saying anything. If you think this discussion is silly and you don't care about this issue, then don't post here. Thanks. Quote:

Heavy armor can look a lot better than bikinis.
L2 Fashion Try dark crystal heavy armor (a grade) on female human mage. |

I always find it hilarious when female armor is really revealing. The fact that someone could really battle monsters/players in a thong and heels is awesome. It is very cheesy. If female characters get heels and thongs why can't males get banana hammocks and cowboy hats? THIS IS SO UNFAIR. Yehaw.
