Since the official Korean AION website has launched, i've played many Korean MMORG games for couple of years now. From my own experienced, the Korean AION beta should be released no later than 2 months from now, and for us no later than summer, which is before June i hope! 70% Beta will held in Korea first, i bet yall on that one!

hmm, I wonder if we can sign up for korean beta. Maybe we can have someone here make a guide that translates/instructs how to register and download the client. I remember playing a game called Talesweaver, completely in korean, yet none of my friends nor I knew korean, we just figured everything out. In time, you don't look at the words on the UI, but rather the location.

Huh, I don't think we'd do something like that here at AionSource, without NCsoft's permission. And I seriously doubt they'd give us permission to circumvent the system.

I remember playing the Lineage 2 beta before the NA version was released. The grind was 10000x worse because I could not understand the language.

Korean mmorpg betas are usually released and made for Koreans, having their language and clients/servers in Korea, but they usually don't not allow people from other countries to play. It's just not convenient.

Even if I couldnt understand the game, I'd download the Beta just for the character creation and to visually see the game. I am so excited for this, I really hope it is as mind blowing as it looks in screenshots.

Oi! Double negative.

I'd avoid joining in on a Beta if I couldn't speak the language. The point of a Beta is to help find/report bugs and to provide feedback on gameplay. If the entire game is in Korean, that is totally impossible for me to do.
