Char Customizing - 'Wise One' friendly?

yeah, age differed characters including slightly younger would be cool, even though all of the 10 year olds would be playing the buff mid-20 men, O' how they will attempt to "PWN!!" me will be a little less than unsuccesful.

Yeah, you have to have a mane down your back if your Asmodian, but any elaborate beard designs are no go? Bleh.

yeah they will perposly not give people 100% character customisation because they wanna leave somthing to promote the game when they start it

I highly doubt that is the reason, if it were some bonus like the addition of weather interaction or a complete swimming feature, that I could believe they are releasing last minute, but it's more likely that they simply overlooked or excluded the bearded option for some reason or other.

I'm completely in awe of the customizer but seriously, no beards in game? I can adjust the spacing between my eyes and my cheek depth but I can't have a beard? Thats like not being about pick a skin tone.

I know one thing doesn't lead to another but, I'm a huge fan of little details. I was almost instantly put off by the issue of not being able to swim. I mean, aerial combat but, you can't swim? Why not take away jumping too and I can go play GW. The most detailed char customizer on the market but, no beards? Hopefully eyebrows will make it passed CBT3 lol.

We had that suggestion cycle thread going didn't we? Can't we humbly suggest some cool beards or something?

But, it is kinda odd... all young to middle aged Asians in movies are clean shaven at any time of day or night... but every white haired kung fu elder has a beard down to their toes.

Yeah, that is true, but we wouldn't want to be bias toward certain cultures or ethnicities.

well if they do implement the barber thing i could se beard options being limited at start, then growing later on.
but...

if this game is truly starioned out of korea, then the likely hood of complaints or ideas comming from other countries being heard ant worked on is less. but this is NCSoft so that may not happen ^_^

This brought an interesting idea I'll add to an mmo I'd develop if such thing ever happens: Actual growing beards and hair ingame so people have to go to barber shops for a fresh look every so often
How about making characters' skin this shade ;D

LOL perfect world customization. Ack i wish they would release like the character custimazation program so people wait for AION can play around with it and figure out what to make their character look like. I mean it took me a while to find what i liked on perfect world. And that system was sorta limited as well. I estimate myself spending a good hour just to play around with the character creation.
