I'd go for a spear/huge sword thing, although I'm not very fond of Halberds or the like.
Are spears even accesible in the game? Didn't hear anthing about that though.

Bah, give me an authentic Katana, and I'll go whatever class uses it :P I like the Halbred, but I think sword and shield is nicest looking, just hope the shields not their to decorate the arm...

Not that may weapon classes really, I wonder how much variation there will be in weapon skins, since they said you could swap them out, it would be nice if we had a rather wide variety of weapon types. I still want a one handed spear for my Templar :/

I honestl have always loved the idea of a polearm.. a monk spade would be cool.

Gladiators can dual wield, I saw a video on it, looked badass.

To be Honest, id like to go for the one that offers the most, either it be between the speed and damage of the two. Personally i would like to see big numbers streaming across the screen with the hits i give. If it takes 6 seconds to swing the weapon agian i would avoid it entirely. So ill just have to see when the game comes out i supose.
