Hehe, I thought this was how MMO's were. I mean, let's not pretend that PVP in an MMO is skill based.

In an FPS a skilled player can go in 1 against 5 noobs and have a good chance of winning.

no charge at all! then gladiators might depend on that skill in order to win a pvp. I hate having to depend on something that has a chance to succeed, thats why I loved my Gladiator in L2, it was me, my swords and my damage dealing skills, I didnt depend on anything but my own skill to win a pvp.

I really really doubt your gonna have the same things as in l2 with Sonic rage spam +blaster spam,
And before we had sonic rage we suxed ***, in c5 we started getting a lil better.

And movement is still an issue but again i can almost guarantee you there not gonna fix the distance with range skills like in l2

Calindor you forgot to mention that the gladiator had a skill called sonic blaster which is a skill used from distance...

OK i think some ppl here are mixing player skills with class skills - a skilled player is some1 that knows and does play the game well class skills are the skills your character posses quite different.

A charge would be fine, but what's not fine is the way the warriors work in WoW. 30sec CD default, 15sec CD with PVP gear and almost all are mace specced, so:
intercept -> intercept stun -> hit -> ms -> macestun -> whirlwind -> macestun
and basically all of your HP is gone. anything that doesnt resemble that is acceptable

Riiight, you forgot to mention the fact that 9 outta 10 times on an intercept stun the opponent is about 10 yards away if not more and the stun wears off long before you reach them.

Macestun has been nerfed and hardly ever procs anymore unless you have a deep thunder/stormherald.

Everyone in WoW has atleast 10K hitpoints if you are moderately geared. Warriors in WoW are fine, no offense but you just sound poorly geared.

I think wow has done the best job of doing melee chars "right"

I like warriors in wow, i don't agree that its a free ticket to win every fight.

Right, and mages doing 1k damage instant cast AoE spells is right, or Warlocks chain fearing, or Druids going from 100 health to 10k health using 100 mana while throwing Wrath crits at you.

Every class in WoW has their bit of Bad-***, its gonna be that way in every MMO. Some classes are going have advantages over others, always going to happen.

Aye, I played L2 before going to WoW. I was a Ranger and I felt sorry for everyone else - one of the reasons my first toon in Aion will be a ranger

I do have a blast playing my warrior in WoW but after playing a couple of other NC games I gotta go ranger.
