didnt wan to create a new thread so guess i'll jus ask here. do u guys think i shld spend 1m on the level 33 5% att speed gloves or just farm abyss points for the level 30 ones? currently only 28k AP long way to go.. any recommendations for earning fast ap?

Best way is to farm guards imo.


And i gave up on saving, i quit on the farming and got the 5% gloves, spending my time now on MM which is more worth while i believe.

If youre duoing with a healer within three levels of you, each one gives roughly 27 ap. (i think) This is the level 40 normal guards, and i was 35 with a 38 chanter at the time.



I dont know how much of a difference those alone make, but i got the expert blue level 35 pole with 13% atk speed at the same time i got the 5% gloves, put them both on at the same time and was like....OMGAH IM IN HEAVEN.


I cant wait to get my hands on 8% gloves and 19% atk speed weapons. Add a title with 2% atk speed on that and you get 29% atk speed all the time. Pop Daevic Fury, bam you have 49% atk speed. I feel like you would cap by then, but who knows. If you dont, get a chanter's dp buff for another 20%, pop a scroll for another 9%. Adds up to a grand total of 78% atk speed. Uh, epicsauce? Think of casting Precision cut in .374 seconds, and SDB in .44 seconds. Epic lulz will ensue.

IIRC attack speed is capped at 50%, (at least that's what it's at for my Ranger). I hit the cap just by popping Arrow Flurry + Mau Form, much harder to do on my Glad tho

With the super hawtness that comes from Atk Spd, I'm actually kinda looking forward to getting two bad *** 1h weapons and going dual wield. 29% speed off of 1.4 speed swords would mean you're flinging your weapons out at around .9.

+% Attack Speed doesn't have any effect in the 1.7cast time of Precision Cut Only the animation AFTER the cast is faster.

don't know if you knew this or not but 1h weapons don't get the benefit of KD on crits. only 2hs

Plus 2x swords do not have 1.4 speed anymore...but 1.8. But it is still good

ok i got the 30's blue jewel set complete now...

now i am wondering wich gloves i should get:

5% 3 slot blue für 500k
6% 4 slot gold for 2 mil
6% 6 slot gold für 58k ap

isnt it a big benefit to get the 6 slot gloves because thats 26-30 additional crit? but the 4 slot craft give me 80 hp more def more mdef ... hmhm

I would get the 40level ones with 5 slots and 5% attack speed that have higher stats than the 30gold ones and cost 35500APs and 6 Silver Medals...all in all wrapped in a nice package Unless you are really far from 40. Then I would go for the 6% 6slots.

i am 42 atm so np for those lvl 40 ones
but loosing 1 slot and 1% speed + the silver coins will cost me 1,2m better than 6 slots 6% speed für just ap?

Why 1.2m? You never got any Silver Medals? I always keep the medals I find. Also if you consider....you could also get for the rest of the APs you need for gold gloves + another 6 silver medals another 5 slots blue item (shoulders preferably cause they look sexy + particle effect when you are in combat) and gain 4% reduced damage in PvP which is almost as much as Defense Preparation gives you. Dunno this is what I am going for anyway I already bought my Advanced Stigmas...so now I can spend a few APs to increase my PvP survivability.
