Im lv40 atm but for some reason i didnt get these when i was 30 although i had enough AP.

Is it still worth getting these this far into leveling?

Im not sure what lies ahead in the 40+ range gauntlets, which is why im asking if its worth spending the AP for them.

My cycle is:
lvl 30 haste gloves, lvl 30 jewelry set ( 1 to go ), lvl 40 t2 armor (silver medal one), jewelry upgrade, then saving AP for transformation.

At 46 I'm farming haste gloves and boots from plat coins since it's 7 or 8% speed instead of 5, which will be the last pieces I'll replace with my AP armor upgrade. I think a few percent speed outweigh 1 more manastone socket and 1.2? percent less damage from pvp. But I got the gloves back when there were no expert armorcrafters.

Yeah i was thinking itll be around 46 for plat quest till i get to see another pair of haste gloves, guess ill get it for these 6 levels.

According to this The 8% atk speed Plat Coin healer gloves we cannot get Haste Speed Gloves from the Platinum Quest.

I am pretty close to having the AP and Medals for these gloves. It will be the first thing I buy with my AP. I think the 7% haste combined with 6 slots plus decent defensive stats for near end/end game as opposed to the 30 gloves makes these a solid choice. They really won't need swapped out at 50.

they fixed 1.5 with all glove types having speed not just chain, according to one patchnote, even if not, i'll take 8%chain over 5 or 6% AP plate.

And since earlier in the thread the guy showed not being able to access chain gloves...what I mentioned earlier seems correct. It is not possible for a Gladiator to get any attack speed gloves from this quest currently.

Maybe 1.6 then. Then again losing like 20 defense is pretty whatever in my books if i have to use chain, no biggie, if i get a few more percent speed out of it.

I think you are missing the point...or maybe I am. The screenshot the guy posted on the first page of that thread clearly showed that it will not let a Gladiator get the chain versions of this quest. But you keep saying you can get the chain version. Are those the chain gloves you keep referring to?

3) There is a cheaper solution for gloves at level 46. There is a repeatable quest you do in the desert, for platinum coins. Get 1000 coins and buy the healer gloves. Especially because at this point I don't think you have the money to buy a yellow 1H sword and go dual wield. These gloves give the mot % attack speed out of any gloves in the game currently. It is 8%. Even abyss end game gear for glad gives only 7%. These gloves even though they are for healers, are amazing for glads that use 2Hers.

Aye, but apparently its been proven that you cannot go to another class' npc and get their items, it comes up with something along the lines of "There seems to be an error, i am not your class master" or something.

I'll stick to my expert noble adamantium gloves then for the 6% attackspeed.

yeah well, the abyss 30s advantage is that they have 6 slots.

Kind of funny that the 3 classes with the least use for +% attack speed gloves gets them. Well, I guess Chanters are happy at least.
