+Attack Speed % on offhand weapon

If you're Dual Wielding and your offhand weapon has +speed on it (for example, if you're wielding two Expert Durable Adamantium Swords), does the +speed on the offhand increase the attack speed of your mainhand weapon? What about your skill animation speed?

as of 1.2 it only counts the fastest one of the two, but not both. It was retardedly OP on korean/chinese before NA release.

I had thought that was just the attack speed of the weapon itself, not the weapon's speed bonus.

I have xenephon dagger in my main and expert noble adamantium sword (14% speed) in my offhand and it works

Since I've definitely gotten directly contradictory responses here, can anyone else confirm this before I spend the money on a +speed offhand?

Yep it does indeed work. I will be using Kurngalfburg Protectors Sword as the offhand for +15%.

xenoDagger+expert40sword(+14%) = 1,3atkspeed. yes it works OFC.

dagger+swordCombo needs 6,666% to get one step down from 1,5to1,4to1,3 etc.

Add a scroll(+6), a title(+2) and atkspeedgloves(+6) for a total of +28%atkSpeed resulting in 1,1atkspeed
[+9scroll doesnt make sense here cause the additional 3% wont get hogher speeds]

still trying to get +8%gloves to be able to use other title or make it worth it to get faster swords to be 1,1 constantly without scroll - and be ofc faster with a nice GW when PvPing.

So Xeno's Sword in the main hand with the Expert sword in the offhand is probably the way to go at 41 for PvE.

For elyos there's a lvl 44 and lvl 45 quests that give weapons with attack speed one blue one gold, one of those rewards is a dagger the other a sword. Depending on which you plan on getting for asmo equivalent make sure it compliments the reward you pick at 41 or you'll only end up using it for 3 levels, unless you wanna be some funky dual dagger glad.
