So we like to look at the whole picture, the setting, the landscape then whole scene in its entirety. So at first girls will be drawn to the art. Second it a multiplayer game, and girls love to be social

anyways.. my opinion is that they don't enjoy much grinding, but they r best chatters and wasting time by discovering lot of stuffs that doesnt involve grinding or killing. Aion will proved lots of this thinks and also.. the customization of characters and gears will make there day . Fashion is 1 of the most important think for girls.. so they will enjoy the gear customization . and the great background will make them eternally stand and look for a nice play to see the sun xD we must admit that is kind of romantic view in Aion everywhere u go

I know my wife is excited about playing Aion because of the landscape and the characters actually look somewhat real. With City of Heroes, she can create her own look and with Guild Wars, the women characters actually look like women.

We also play WoW, but she only likes the female characters of BC... and even that was a little hard for her to get into. You have to feel that the character you are playing could possibly be yourself. Like reading a book... if you can't picture what’s going on as your reading, chances are... you will put the book down.

My wife even goes as far (when she likes her toon) to say "Would'nt you like to see me in THIS?!"

Factual? Truthful? Please.

I'm a female who plays MMO's *gasp* I've played GW, WoW, RO, FFXI among others and I've met plenty of women that play video games. It's no surprise that Aion would attract female mmo gamers.

What the original poster meant, was that it was a stupid 'observation'. Any guy that thinks a lot of girls don't play video games/MMO's in my opinion is pretty delusional. Not to mention the fact that it's completely discriminatory to assume that the female following this game has generated was due to it's promising pretty graphics.

So I agree with Lady, this is a retarded thread.

Because every other MMO out there seems the same thusfar. Errr, maybe that's not most of their reason(s) but it's mine, haha.

There's also the art, the music, the "non-grindfest" factor, the imagination inspired non-copied unique wildlife, the beautiful tower of eternity the game is centered about, the tactics that are likely involved in aerial combat, armor dyeing, and more.
