Elyos, Asmodians and Armor

Well as I'm sure many of you have seen that Asodian armor is way cooler than Elyos armor so I was wondering if u

have a Elyos male assassin could it wear Asodian male assassin armor?

and a side question can Elyos get over to the Asodian side to buy weapons and armor?

As far as I know, the answers to both those questions are no.

Yea, you are allowed to go to the ENEMY side that you have been fighting with for a long time ever since you split apart. I'm sure the guards will totally ignore the war going on and ignore the fact that they hate Elyos and just let you walk right in and buy armor .
