Aion Hacking Prevention System / Boting

After playing a certain MMORPG today, i came across a guy who mentioned lineage2, so we started talking and ended up discussing Aion.

What concerns me is Boting/Hacking.

He told me after he payed to play L2, he realized how many people boted and soon quit the game, because there was no point in competing with people who will always have an unfair advantage and will always be a step infront of him.

I am not familiar with WoW because i never played it, but id Imagen there was no hacking or boting, and i assume this because noone really talks about it...

My question is this: Will Aion have any uptodate hacking/boting prevention softwares when it comes out? Is anything in the process of being made? Will it be made?

I ask this because same company runs L2, and obviously, there is a big boting problem, and i wouldnt like to have Aions credibility ruined by it...

Yes there will be a software like that. And no, the software they'll prolly use won't hinder anyone of having unfair advantages. We all know how sucky NCSoft has been running their games in the past and we all hope that'll change with Aion (we'll find out in the beta). Hopefully not just by them implementing a next to useless gameguard.
