FYI: You hit level 38 a couple weeks after release and the cap is 50. Back when WoW launched it took the typical player 1-2 months to ding 60. Of course you were probably one of the players complaining about WoW in 2004/5 (if you even played it back then) so why I am bothering with you?

I disagree about the PvP part. Aion has a much better fleshed out RvR system than WAR. Artifacts (BO's) actually have strategical importance. The zones are very large and wide open which gives a good place to RvR unlike WAR's "Follow 1-2 paths with mountains on the right 50 ft and mountains to your left 50ft...........Zergs were almost unavoidable.

Even this early in the game it seems evident Aion took more RvR concepts from the best large-scale RvR game (DAoC), than Mythic did for Warhammer. Mythic even created DAoC too which is puzzling.

The crafting system, although a bit grindy, is really addictive for some reason. I can't really explain it, but it's just cool unlike WAR's system.

If you aren't having fun in AION you're doing it wrong. Stop grinding, craft, gather, take a Rift, stalk people in the Abyss... sooooo much to do.

Honestly I think the most fun this game has to offer is playing an assassin and taking a rift to enemy territory. Start ganking people in high quest areas and watch the armys try to hunt you while you stealth away. Such a blast.

Grind mobs in the Abyss if you need to grind, bonus XP and you get AP with a splash of PvP so you can buy gear for PvP. It's a win win for me... dunno what all the crying is about. Then again I never played WoW because I could tell it was mega fail carebear the second I saw it.
