Their Customer Service is pretty terrible. I'd say that's the reason for the rating.

So I looked through the ratings of both NCsoft and Blizzard.

Here's some statistics.

Blizzard has a current rating of BB, with 2510 complaints lodged, and paid to join the BBB.

NCSoft has a current rating of F, with 72 complaints lodged, and has not paid to join the BBB.

I was going to bring this up but Im glad you saved me the trouble.

BBB is a joke, companies pay to join, and that is all you need to know.

BBB is just a company who calls any new business owner and makes them feel like they have to pay for their service. Had a friend in same business who was a member of the BBB and they called him about a complaint that they should of known that he was a member of the BBB and to be a member... you have to comply with what they were calling him for.

BBB is a $ hungry entity, maybe years ago they were a valuable service but not now.
