No it really isn't. NCSoft has never really been about quality, they spit out visually stunning Asian games and use cheap methods to fix them, with the exception of Guild Wars which was actually made by ArenaNet.

You know, that pesky organization that has absolutely nothing to do with gaming, and doesn't care about your stupid attempt to be funny about what WoW players think.
But instead an organization that receives complaints, and does investigations to determine customer satisfcation ratings of all industries in the U.S.

They got an A+ from L2 and an F from WoW players because L2 players are used to having horribly bad customer service while WoW has far better when it comes to GM help and support.

Customer satisfaction ratings are always inaccurate and highly skewed towards lower ratings, why?, only unhappy customers take the time to give feedback, happy customers just enjoy the service and you never here from them, aka the silent majority.

The BBB has everything to do with NCsoft being a business though. NC is a business first and foremost...

The BBB when it comes to gaming is a nyerking joke, and anyone who's been in the gaming industry or the business world knows that. It does crap for anything and anyone and has basically become just a sounding board for internet nyerking. Those who give any merit to it have no merit themselves, simply put.

It doesn't check or balance anything cause it fails to be responsible for the reviews people post, nor do they adequately screen them.

Seriously, the BBB gives the BBB an F.
