I find it best to just stop playing, charge back the company (if bought online) and provide threads on multiple MMO sites telling the readers of the pro's and con's of Aion, NCSoft and its below par customer service. Using a lawyer for a grey area on an item that cost less than 100 dollars, is working as intended (be that the user is able to log in and play) Sure, if NCSoft failed to provide Aion on the said date then Im sure game distibutors would be more than happy to sue for loss of income from sales. Calling a lawyer in costs alot of time and or money and normally is justified when claiming agianst larger losses (such as building loss or share holder losses in a failed company) I too have laws that protect me agianst products that are faulty - its called I return them to the store for an item exchange, do I take my families lawyer with me? - no.
