It was fairly long.. The end result was that the suit was dropped and everyone was given a free copy of an XBLA game. Of which I couldn't get because my ... sixth Xbox 360 was in Texas being "Repaired".

Meh, it's a failed investment for you guys I guess. I'll likely renew and keep playing, but even if I didn't I wouldn't demand money back unless I really couldn't run the game. Heck I bought D&D at release and played it for about 8 hours over the course of a week and threw the game in the garbage, never thought to ask for my money back though.

Move on, etc.

I pre-ordered Fallen Earth and stopped after two hours of 10-minute lag spikes and getting nothing but debug text, so.. yeah.

Truthfully, I rather have lost that $60 then end up paying a lawyer a couple thousand dollars for a lost cause. Even if you do win, I'm pretty sure Aion will just shell out a lifetime subsciption to Aion for you. Maybe a couple million Kinah for your stress. Oh, and don't forget a full set of blues for your character.

No, this isn't the same. Causal relationship was trying to be proved in the McDonalds case, whereas the OP was complaining about services not rendered.
