I think the goldspammer and botting issue needs to be dealt with, and I think that NCSoft could handle some things better, especially in regards to the amount of GMs available and the limited hours during which you can open a ticket/petition, as well as the mistakes they made with banning innocent players recently (I don't doubt that a lot of people got banned who did something wrong, but I also don't doubt that at least some people legitimately just got caught up in it through no real fault of their own). However the OP's post is childish. What exactly is NCSoft "getting away with"? How have they "cheated and misled" us? (Not gonna lie... I always get a kick out of seeing lawyer-happy posts with empty threats every time something goes wrong... saw it on the WoW forums too, occasionally).
I'm sorry, I'm really not usually not this rude of a person, but this statement... ("I can bring a lawyer in to help us get our money back and get restitution for time wasted, grief and suffering for getting stressed out with all the long queue times, gold spammers, and alot of the other BS they put us through.") ...has got to be one of the most ridiculous things I've read. I actually chuckled a little. Annoying (sometimes extremely annoying), yes, but grief and suffering? Give me a break, seriously. -.- Grief and suffering is losing your job, or failing out of school (or failing a class), or going bankrupt and losing your home, or losing someone, or being depressed, or a number of other things. But if you're experiencing grief and suffering and that much stress due to gold spammers and long queue times in a game, you may have bigger issues than your issues with NCSoft. Just sayin'.
