If you feel cheated and mislead as I have and you live in the USA

Then sign here for them to give us our money back right away.

I will not allow some over seas company to get away with this.

If we have enough people to sign this.

I can bring a lawyer in to help us get our money back and get restitution for time wasted, grief and suffering for

getting stressed out with all the long queue times, gold spammers, and alot of the other BS they put
us through.

You're threatening a lawsuit, which no one can take seriously. There's no real specific information as to what happened to you specifically. Queue Times are getting smaller if non-existant (I have yet to be forced into a queue), gold spammers are blockable at the moment,

Okay, where I live, there is actually a law that protects people from getting screwed. For example, if your PlayStation 3 breaks down here, Sony will try and charge you $375 to fix it if it's out of warranty. However, this law states that all items should work as described and all items should last for a reasonable amount of time. It is not considered "reasonable" for a PS3 to die after a year. This has been proven, and now people get Sony to pay for the repairs, even if it breaks down within three years of purchase.

This is a ridiculously generous law and it would still have a hard time trying when dealing with Aion. The game works as described, the various agreements justify a lack of access if needed, and the game still has a community playing it. What it sounds like you are trying to do is get your money back for a purchase you didn't like. It's like trying to get your money back after seeing a bad movie. Life just doesn't work that way.

Suck it up, take it on the chin, and get revenge by telling people not to buy Aion.

You also got the product you payed for. You can "Access" the servers so therefore they are not denying you the game. Ques are just a by-product and probably dont account as you not being able to play.

1. What are you actually out besides a relatively small amount of time. In legal terms, three days is nothing.

2. Have you tried other avenues to fix your problem? If you haven't, your case would be thrown out.

3. Have you actually looked at getting support tickets in?


You have to pardon the whole cynicism of you trying to start a legal action. Too many people threaten for most stupid thing they can think of for any online venture, and this is no exception.
