The grind is obscene... I can hardly find any quests that give more than 5-10 mobs worth of kills in XP, to break up the grind. I need 9 million xp for a level and a quest that takes twice as long as a quick grind gives 80,000? To top it off, there's only a few quests that aren't just fedex runs for 20k xp, that I can even find as an Asmo.

There are major outstanding issues such as botters, 10-item broker/auction limit, insane XP curve (not TIME to level but NOTHING to do but grind at 30+ to distract yourself from the XP count), ridiculously poor chat filtering to block goldspammers, etc. I mean for god's sake, no 24/7 support even with multi-hour queues for the most basic of quest item/etc. help? They charged $70, full price for a Collector's retail edition, and full-price $15 a month, yet it's worse than a free-to-play game on that front. CS is poor and the communcation from NC is worse. Twitter feeds for 4 different NC employees, GET REAL! This is a commercial product, not a freebie utility from an individual donating his time!
