I was browsing through Wikipedia and found this.

True, they don't use Warden. They use some other cheat detection program that is so crap it bans legit people too. NCSoft just haven't realized they are screwing up.

Also, WOW@ NCSoft giving people free items. It's like

Dunno, it isn't revealed by NCSoft, probably because of how fail it is.

It auto bans IPs linked with other IPs that are "hackers"

And if they really use humans to find bots, their "humans" are pretty pathetic, don't ya think?

whitebushido hit the nail on the head, they started Beta with Game gaurd but ditched it at launch so people could actually play, so atm they have to manually cleanse bots and gold spammers..

comes down to u would iether have people nyerking they cant play because fo gamegaurd or have people nyerking cos they have bots... lesser or 2 evils people...

Gameguard is a terribad program that takes all of a few minutes to disable completely. Lineage 2 has GG still and the game is still completely over ran by bots with legit players being the rarity..
