Ok I must admit this game is more carebear than WoW. Sadly, Aion has been a HUGE letdown for me and I know Im not the only one that believes this. Others chime in! Let the flames from all the kids begin!!!!!!!!

Anyone else cancel their subscription?

I mean you only have to play for about 15 levels to figure that out. "Ok this zone is ONLY for Asmo's, we will let 30 Elyos in every once in a while," and vica versa. then once you kill enough your marked on the map and hope you hid your kisk well. Oh and also they put the level 20-32 rift (or whatever it is) dumps you into a level 28 Elite zone, GL with that lol. and in the Abyss everyone is a coward and either runs to numbers or runs back to their tower. its a joke and the ppl that play it are a joke. Who gets scared to pvp in a video game??? In WoW after level 20 its open game to anyone, you dont have to struggle to find a "rift" to go to the opposing factions side.

Not to mention I would like to kill 94% of the Asmos that are "on my side" cuz they are nyerking retarded. plus killing bots would be perfect. being able to take matters into my own hands and kill someone ksing me is a lot easier and funner than trying to report them. bottom line NCSoft is failing and need to step it up.

Every time I saw a level 20 some-odd player try to form a raid to PvP on WoW, I facepalmed.

This game is not Carebear. This game does not cater to little twats who cry that gear is too hard to get and give you basically free epics.

How do you go talking about gear? I never mentioned gear at all kid. Yes the game is carebear learn to read. If you werent carebear you would agree.

But there is no other way in the opposing countries(except the tele quest), or is there..?

I'm not seeing this game as "carebear-ish" and frankly the game is designed to encourage ganking. I also think this is all relative to servers. On my server, you don't try to find PvP, PvP finds you. As you level, the game seems to "push" you more and more into PvP areas. You can't "escape" PvP lol. Carebear? I don't think so. And the damn guards don't really act as a deterrents.

To be fair, one thing WoW did well is both sides quested in the same zones. The zones were large enough that you might not run into them... but you almost always did.. eventually. Being Horde when we were 1/3 of the server population and trying to level to 60... it was hard. Aion is boring. This is just one example of the things it's missing.
