ShadeThe Asmodians are one of the two player controlled races. Their land Asmodae is located on the top half of Atreia, which receives less light.
In the beginning, the Asmodians and the Elyos were both a part of a sacred race in charge of protecting the Tower of Eternity. During the Millennium Wars the protectors were divided into two factions. Following the tragic destruction of the Tower, the two sides turned on one another, each blaming the other for the Tower's demise, and they became bitter enemies... The two races are now sworn enemies, consumed by a burning hatred and desire to exact their revenge.
