Vendor Mats and the Cost

Just curious.. I notice Major Abrasive for 9k and greater abrasive for 5.2k and Acids are high too, I am wondering am I the only one that thinks this is a bit pricey for vendor mats? Thanks for your opinions.

it usally depends on how frequent the items drop and on the generally "merchant's weather".

Vendor mats are expensive and at least partially responsible for the high price tags on crafted goods. Which sucks because a lot of non-crafting people don't understand that it costs a lot of money to try to make that blue they see on the market.

Wait till you try to get expert, then you'll see what expensive is The vendor mats are a dream when you look back at it.

And is there another place to get them for cheap? I'm complaining about getting them for my own stuff and I'm only on Metal Acid and Abrasive

I stocked all I had from work orders, it's quite noticeable amount. Otherwise, I was crafting the Noble Durable Ulmus Staff for 1st part of expert q, 7 tried, 1 critted. was about 100k in vendor mats for each, the staff vendors for 260k each, so it covered the price. I gathered myself all the mats and got fluxes from guildies. Yea, now I'm on the fun part.
