I think its the Revenge set of cloth armour for lvl 22 =)

These are some of the favorite characters I've made. (I played all classes to around 20 but after the first few I just started using the pre-mades.) In NA client I'll probably be playing a Templar, tho my Glad was my most fun character.

The hair is going just under the end of the neck.
