so are these the max level wings, because right now they make me want to be pulled back to Elyos instead of Asmodian?

Those are the lvl 40's.

I think it's a little overdone in my opinion... But wait, do you HAVE to have wings like that in higher levels? Or is it just another wing skin you can chose from?

^^agreed... those are some seriously huge wings! but they are purty nonetheless... good question on the optionality of them though...

If you don't care for more flight time then yes, it's just another wing skin.

The level 30 wings add 30 seconds of flight time making your base total a minute 30 secs. The level 40 wings (these) add 60 seconds to your base 60second flight time bringing it to a base 2min flight time.

There are level 50 wings that you can get from having completed every mission quest in the game, however they don't give as much flight time as the lvl 40's that you purchase(seen above). They do look a little more realistic though, thinner, more feminine.
