I'm glad there's a skilltree. It can provide some level of uniqueness to your character.

And yeah, it would be great if the UI positioning was customizable. Most of the new MMOs these days seem to give some degree of customization.

Great! allready was hoping for a skill tree, and the UI looks awesome to!
tho the skill tree seemed kinda small, we'll see later on...

I'm sure the skill tree will be good enough. As some have suggested players might start out as one class, however it could later open into something else. Perhaps if this is true the skill trees will open up more.

Looks like you can do something at the top of the character panel. Maybe be able to put some talent tree specific skill in one of those slots. Or it could be just another item slot, I can't really tell.

The skill tree is neat...but I must say I'm highly impressed by the UI. These two screen shots reminded me why I wake up every day anticipating the coming of something far off.

my guess is its a magnified version of the currently selected item in inventory...

The skill tree looks a bit sporadic with very little links between each of the skills and no apparent sequence, my guess would be that perhaps they're a part of the Stygma system that lets you customise your skills.

The UI seems to fit the game quite well. I wonder if they have a different UI set-up for the Elyos and Asmodians, that would be sweet. And as for the skill-tree, it seems very scattered and confuses me, yet it looks, dare i say it, too simple. It's probably still a working progess, although I'd have to admit that WoW's skill tree is by far my favorite, still. Hope that changes! ^_^
