One of the problems I've had with creating Asmodian female characters is that they might look good without armor on or in one or two sets of armor but then look absolutely wrong in other sets. For example I created a gladiator that looked great in the starter outfit and without armor, but as soon as she was 10 and put on the first plate set that Bati has in his pics she looked terrible. The armor made her look really topheavy and her arms way too skinny, which is really a shame because I love the asmo animations. It definitely seems like the asmo are the more shapely race; body type #1 in the character creator (balanced body type) definitely gives asmo females a larger torso and larger hips (more hourglass). This looks great from the front but when looking at a profile, especially when running, it looks a bit off. I hate being OCD when it comes to character creation .

Same boat here, having been a dedicated hordey for the last four years, it was kinda inevitable Id end up as an Elyos, but the Asmodians look equally stunning - and the glowing eyes are pretty funky indeed!

And how can you tell me you love those red glowing eyes when, in order to actually see them, you have to stop looking at your enemy and look at your own character.
You'se guys are illogical.
And one more thing, there's no good guys bad guys in this game, however, the ones which should be full of themselves should be the elyos, not the de-evolved emos, erhm .. I mean asmos ^^

Thank you. It's SO hard to hold it in (for me) and some one else did it for me. Hallelujah. However, beauty cannot come without originality. Lucy Liu is beautiful and all, but can't you create your own character that looks good? I think I pulled it off pretty well with little to no inspiration.

I honest don't see this Emo/Vampire connection to Asmodians... Since when have emos when ever been associated with being tough and warlike. From what I have read from the lore and figured from playing on both sides, Asmodians are conservatives and Elyos are liberals. From that thought process I don't think i have ever met an emo that was ready work hard, protect their country by any means possible, care enough for their lives to not be associated with wrist cutting and willing to take responsibility for themselves rather than hoping that their moronic blood letting will catch someone's attention to so they can feel special.

And please someone tell me or show me any qualities of a classic vampire that can be associated with Asmodians... As far as I can tell, both Elyos and Asmodian daevas have eternal life and have the spiritmaster class which is the only real source of minions. Are either races enhance or restricted by the movements of a solar or lunar body? No? I guess that leaves personality traits... modest warlike or arrogant and self loving~

What it boils down to is that you guys are associated their appearances with vampires and emos. That however doesn't make sense, i live on the west coast and every emo I have ever encountered has been really fair skinned despite how ridiculously easy it is to get a tan out here. I have seen soooo many more Asmodians pick a darker skin tone than that of an Elyos. Color scheme? darker/higher contrast colors? They aren't only associated with emos, you have goth's, punks, and people who work in an office. And finally, vampires are known for their very very human like appearances, and the same people who call Asmodians vampires are pointing out their claws and manes. WHAT HUMAN OR VAMPIRE HAS CLAWS OR A MANE! What you have here is a hairless lycan~ o wait they're also too human looking because Elyos and Asmodians originated from the same race.
