As far as Ayase's response; I think it is entirely appropriate for this information to be withheld. There are marketing reasons for things that you would probably never be able to understand (due to immaturity). Here is what I am thinking; I suspect that NA is actually releasing content separately from Korea. By this, I mean that the developers said, okay NA and EU markets; you have the tools. Do with them as you please.

What does this mean for us? Well, this means NA and EU exclusive content, meaning that we will have a version v1.0a. If NA and EU communities receive Westernized content which follows the lore of the game; we will find that our servers will be supported specifically to our community. This doesn't mean that we won't get Korean updates or the such; but rather, content will be distributed according to NCWest. To me, this is a better option; and I would much prefer this approach to updating the game.

Wouldn't you say it's better that here in "The West" we have the benefit of knowing how the game will change far in advance of them taking place? That's one of the things I like about Koreans getting the updates first.
