Seyfried doesn't do high res, probably using fraps at 50% res to cut back on FPS loss. No denying that all seyfried edits are great though. Would be nice if he captioned more though.

I think alot of people in this thread overlook the name of class. The class is called Assassin for a reason. He seems to be imploring the tactics of what an assassin should be doing, getting in undetected, getting the kill, and getting the hell out. If other people aren't paying attention it's their own fault. This is a pvp game and they are in an open pvp zone. They should always be alert and not going afk in a battlefield.

I'm not sure about their levels as the video is poor quality, but they almost killed him once and he has to pot several times to live so they can't be too much lower. You can't really judge levels from the damage he is doing either because assassins pump out tons of damage off the jump like that.

Assassins being a face rolling, non-skill based class in pvp is always going to be debated. It's easy to look at a class with stealth, stuns, and high damage as easy-mode. At least in this game they are pretty squishy and can get blown to hell and back if they don't execute properly. I'm not a huge fan of the playstyle because I like hulking plate wearers, but I can appreciate those who do like it and realize that they are a pvp based class and am not surprised they are potent at it.

As for ganking vs griefing. I'm all for ganking. The two factions are at war and should be treated as such. The reference to the American Revolution is a great example. Griefing is a different story, and this game has alot of mechanics put in place to try and curb it as much as possible. The debuffing and increased point loss for griefers in faction zones is nice and if you feel your getting griefed in the abyss then ticket a GM, that's what they are there for. At the end of the day you can friggin fly for crying out loud, if you can't escape someone when you have the ability to fly then maybe you should just stay out the abyss unless you have some friends with you.

It's not unskilled, its part of their class and most of it does take skill. Whats next, complain that clerics can heal?

Dakota is 35 in a ~35 area. This is true. However, because Seyfried (50 sorc) = Dakota, he's been twinked with mega awesome unique gears while everyone is still running around in greens. Anyone who doubts this check the korean character viewer.

It's evident he's untouchable with this kind of setup . If you watch the start when he ganks someone in the house, an enemy assassin gets the drop on him and unloads his full combo (stun and airlift, the works) but does practically no damage. Dakota then just counter attacks and kils him in like 4 secss.
